How it works.
Step 1: Discovery Call
We start with a no-pressure, 30-minute call to understand your business, your current marketing efforts (or lack of them!), and what you’re trying to achieve. You can ask questions, share your challenges, and we’ll be honest about whether we’re the right fit.
Step 2: Quick Audit
If we go ahead, we take a proper look at what’s already in place — your website, social media, email marketing, and anything else that’s relevant. This helps us spot quick wins, gaps, and opportunities you might not have seen.
Step 3: Make a Plan
We’ll create a clear, no-jargon action plan. Depending on what you need, this might be a one-off project, a monthly retainer, or a mix of both. We keep things flexible, so you’re not locked into anything that doesn’t work for you.
Step 4: Get Things Done
Now we roll up our sleeves and get to work — writing, scheduling, tweaking, posting, updating — whatever’s on the plan. We’ll either do it ourselves or bring in trusted freelancers (like designers or developers) if needed, managing the whole process so you don’t have to.
Step 5: Review & Adjust
Every month (or end of project), we’ll review what’s working and what could be better. You’ll get updates in plain English, not marketing waffle. We’ll tweak the plan so your marketing keeps moving in the right direction.
